Terms and Conditions

The Client confirms to abide by all requirements stated in this Agreement and hereby agrees to pay the stated and invoiced amount in full.

Payments can be made in Cash for amounts up to AED500/- All amounts above AED 500/- must be made by Cheque, Credit Card, or Bank Transfer. Payments should be in ‘AED’ and payable / in favor of ‘KAM General Contracting and Maintenance’. (In case of purchasing in our office)

The Client is responsible for contacting KAM in-order to schedule visits for the services to be undertaken.

KAM does not guarantee that the same personnel will perform the agreed scope of work; however, we guarantee that the same quality of service will be provided.

KAM is not responsible of any loss of Client’s belonging(s); hence kindly ensure that valuable items and belongings are kept in a safe place.

The Client is to provide KAM with a valid contact name and phone number of the relevant authorized individual to be contacted in case of any emergency.

The Client is responsible for informing KAM of any changes in contact details (phone, e-mail, etc…).

The free call out services in the MEP (AC, Plumbing & Electrical) packages are standard and the response time will be within 24 hours. If customer wish to get express service, then it will be purchased separately.

Any amount quoted by us for our goods or services are exclusive of any government taxes (including VAT), statutory or similar charges (“Taxes”). If levied, such Taxes will be your responsibility and you will pay us the full amount of any invoice or payment request, regardless of any deduction that you are required to make under any law.
